PORDENONE FIERE presents COOKING 2021, the seventh edition of the event devoted to the world of "foodies" and hospitality professionals that will take place from 14 to 17 May 2021 in the Pordenone exhibition center.

The commercial stands and the extensive calendar of events are the backbones of this exhibition project born under the sign of taste, of artisanal and typical productions from all over the Italian territory, of the healthiest and most appreciated contemporary food supply chains.

The 2020 edition of CUCINARE saw the presence of 180 exhibitors from all over Italy, who presented quality products of the territory agri-food chains in 3 fair halls along with restaurants equipment and services.

A remarkable success with 12,000 admissions, attracted also by the intensive programme of events: more than 100 scheduled appointments during the 3 days of the fair, including cooking classes, tastings, practical demonstrations and above all show cooking with the most famous Italian chefs with special attention to the leading players of the best professional kitchens of the Northeast.
