The seventh edition of the flagship show of Northeastern Italy devoted to the world of "foodies" and professionals in the restaurant and hospitality sector. In addition to the usual and wide ranging panorama of food and wine products stands and equipment and services for HO.RE.CA, CUCINARE 2020 dedicates in-depth analysis to some flagship areas of the agri-food sector: VINUM, the exhibition devoted to wineries and BEER & CO, a selection of the best Italian craft breweries and beer brands. Both these thematic areas are organised with stands, opportunities for debate, routes and guided tastings. The programme of events featuring over 130 events including cooking classes, workshops, tastings, show cooking with the most famous Italian chefs and the leading players of the best professional kitchens in the Northeast is always very extensive. Laboratories and meetings with the brand CUCINARE GREEN are dedicated to good food practices, from organic to vegan, to natural cuisine. From this year even the youngest will have events dedicated to them: this is the focus of CUCINARE KIDS.CUCINARE KIDS.
