The new edition of Cucinare presents a renewed formula and will feature a variety of events, workshops, showcooking demonstrations under the banner of four thematic routes:

Within these paths a dynamic and innovative programme will be developed embracing the entire food & beverage and kitchen equipment sector as a whole.
concorso “IL NUOVO CHE AVANZA”
The first edition of the "IL NUOVO che Avanza by Gastronauta" prize for the exhibitors at CUCINARE. The jury chaired by the journalist Davide Paolini will go to the discovery of the best new product, the best innovation and the most innovative packaging / communication present at CUCINARE 2019.

The award is an important opportunity for all exhibitors to highlight their products and get an important recognition.
